Wedding Ceremony Site Fees
Lower or Upper Wedding Knoll (if your reception is being held at The Seawatch)	250.00 (includes 30 chairs)
Lower or Upper Wedding Knoll fee goes to: (if your reception is not being held at The Seawatch)	300.00 (includes 30 chairs)
Molokini Lookout (if your reception is being held at The Seawatch) Shuttle service is required to this site	850.00 (includes 40 chairs)
Molokini Lookout fee goes to: (if your reception is not being held at The Seawatch)	1,000.00 (includes 40 chairs)
4.166% sales tax will be added to all site fees. There is not a service charge added to the wedding ceremony site fees listed above.
Additional Ceremony Site Services
Additional chairs for all sites	3.00 each
Bottled water station - table set-up fee	25.00
Bottled water for water station	2.50 per bottle, based on consumption
Champagne toast set-up fee	25.00
Staffing for champagne service	25.00 per hour, per server, based on final guest count

Wedding aisle flower petal clean-up fee (For areas other than wedding aisle, fee will be adjusted for larger amounts of petal clean-up.)	25.00

Molokini Lookout Wedding Cocktail Reception
Adding in a cocktail reception on Molokini Lookout after ceremony:
Site fee for 40 or less guests (There is no service charge added to this site fee, but 4.166% tax will be applied.)	850.00
Set-up fee for 40 or less guests*	650.00
Plus a minimum food & beverage of: (Please see Pupu or Hors d'oeuvre menus)	1,200.00
*Includes tables, chairs, service ware, white linens, bar & staff. The cost of set-up for a cocktail reception with more than 40 guests will be based on the party's individual needs. 4.166% sales tax and 19% service charge will be added to all fees, unless otherwise noted. There are no restrooms or lighting at Molokini Lookout. Your event must end just after sunset. Shuttle service is required to this site. See Molokini Lookout section of general info page.

Lower Pond - seats up to 30 guests 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.	50.00
Lower Pond - seats up to 30 guests available from 5:30 p.m.	100.00
Upper Pond - seats up to 40 guests available for dinner only	250.00
Lower Lawn - up to 50 guests available for dinner only	425.00 (includes bar set-up)
Lower Lawn - 51-80 guests available for dinner only	475.00 (includes bar set-up)
Includes tables, chairs, service ware, white linens, personalized menus & staff. Does not include decor set-up - fees vary. Main dining room set-up fees vary based on needs. Additional fees may apply for special requests. 4.166% sales tax and 19% service charge will be added to all function set-up fees.
Restaurant Buy-out & Set-up Fees
Buy-out of the entire restaurant	11,000.00**     (Sunday through Thursday) 12,000.00**     (Friday & Saturday)
**Above amount must be met in food & beverage sales, not including cake, set-up, dance floor, tax & service. If above amount is not met, difference will be added to your final billing. Bar beverage costs are based on consumption.
